Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at our core

Diversity, equity and inclusion play an important role in Nextracker’s growth strategy as well as our leadership efforts in the clean energy sector. We recognize the continuing lack of diversity and issues around gender and racial equality in the clean energy industry, but we are working diligently as we strive to be a leader in the industry for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion too.
