Rivian received gushing review of their new EV truck slated for production in coming months. It’s great to see new EV truck manufacturers and models coming to market and I hope they are incredibly successful.

But Rivian’s reported $80B with a B valuation seems a bit steep… no released products or proven production capacity at scale…

Ford’s Lightning Truck has similar range, lots of great features, and costs $40k vs Rivians $70k. It will exciting to see how these and other products are adopted in the market and accelerate the advanced energy economy. Read full article here.
